Street Kids Direct is committed to providing quality care for all the children in the projects we partner with around the world.

We work closely with our partners on the ground and with a senior police officer in the UK who have helped us with our Safeguarding Policy and also to constantly review how the charity would respond to any concerns with regards to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults in any of the projects we partner with.  Furthermore, we are also committed to protecting the safety of all those who work with or volunteer with any of the projects we support.

With this in mind we have two designated Safeguarding leads in the charity and also local leads in each of the organisations we link with:

Street Kids Direct is also registered with thirtyone:eight, an independent charity in the UK that spearheads the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults for thousands of organisations around the UK.  If there are any safeguarding concerns about Street Kids Direct that you feel cannot be discussed with one of our safeguarding leads, we would encourage you to contact thirtyone:eight and this can be done anonymously.
